My 3ds got online banned :( Is there any homebrew way to fix it without replacing the friend code thing with another 3ds' using gm9? any help is appreciated thanks!

if its nintendo mode dont worry. been banned there a long time now. i dont know about pretendo though
I got banned while trying to play an ntscu game on a pal console so it appears to be a nintendo ban that prevents me from connecting to pretendo otherwise I wouldn't be able to use miiverse if it were a pretendo ban. Does that help with finding a solution?
