Since sloshers are just buckets do buckets count as weapons in the splatoon world outside of turf war, like could an inkling get detained for carrying a bucket around in a public place?

no it would be an assult charge for the ink not the bucket kinda like if you had a gun made out of wood it would be making a weapon out of a nonlethal item also i feel like it wouldn't be that serious because everybody just respawns anyways
