You can improve!, art is a skill where you get as much out of it as you put into it, if you draw alot you will eventually get crazy good over a couple years, also note their is no skill cap you can literary improve on art forever, the best thing to do is to have fun and practice.
also your art already looks pretty good, youl definitely improve with practice.
