twlight menu (emulation of DS, DSI, and GBA) also it is terrible if you have 4 GB (DS roms storage is huge)

if you dont already have it, universal updater is a must have

netpass is basically streetpass but online its so nice

if you like a console from before the N64 and PS1, theres probably a good emulator for it on 3DS
