sadly i think they can't they said nintendo would sue them but miiverse clones exist since 2017 and nintendo never cared, but ig we dont have a word on this lol

Old Miiverse ui will have nintendo sue

I haven't tried juxtaposition on Wii U yet but it runs much smoother on 3DS than Miiverse. The UI is also very clean.

I don't think there's really a risk of being sued or anything, but the Juxt UI is just supposed to feel fresh and different. Rverse has the old UI and feels pretty active too, but i kind of wish the 3ds/wiiu homebrew community would all be in one singular replacement app.

It could at least be an option in settings
