Hello World! Today I got the cafe and shampoodle's!!! So I decidec to add the police station next! (I got it through cheats. I prefer to avoid them but the RNG on PWPs is awful!) Does anything else have awful RNG in ACNL? Or are PWP RNG the only flaw in an otherwise perfect gam★

I didn't think it was that bad either until I was about 20 days in and I hadn't got a single one! Then I looked into it and discovered towns 8+ years old that hadn't unlocked them all! Maybe that's okay for some but taking a potential decade is too much for me :')
