What kind of battery life do you guys get with your Wii U gamepad?

Litterally like 5 seconds. Not eaven joking. I have to have it constantly plugged it. I think the battery puffed up or something because there's a buldge on the battery compartment.
About 2-3 hours, I'm lucky enough to have a good original battery
