does anyone know how to fix the error code 115-5016 problem? i cant recieve any bottles and it gives me that error whenever i try to send any

The error isn't on the Pretendo site. Doing some digging, ppl are saying it's an issue that's gonna need to be fixed serverside (Specifically an API issue that can't properly authenticate for in-game messages.)
