I think you should wait to mod it until the switch 2 comes out

I just got banned on my switch because i went on sysNand with mods, i havent got a brick though, just cant play switch games online now

Ive had my switch modded for 2 years now, if you set it up in a safe way (emuMMC not sysCFW) and dont play online when you are using mods, you can safely play on cfw without getting a brick or ban. If you wanna set it up I reccommend using switch.hacks.guide, it has the best info
