dope!! i wanna do that too someday. how easy was it?

pretty easy! basically you take the bottom shell off, then it's like three screws to get the c-stick out, pull the rubber cap off, reassemble it w/o the cap, then put the thinkpad one in from the top once its reassembled. also i used an ifixit guide to help me take it apart
