I think you can't run them because they are all compatible with differant OS (MacOS, Linux, Windows) and the WiiU have his own processor and OS but you can if there is a way to stream your PC on a Wii U and after use a VM on your PC idk
yeah you can install moonlight on your wiiu and sunshine on ur pc and the gamepad will register as a controller
