What do you think is the best console(s) for hacks/homebrew ? (i personally prefer the 3DS and the GameBoy)

yeah it does, also for low-level programming (in ASM) the GB is perfect, but most people prefer modern consoles for homebrew
3DS ALL THE WAY !!! :D
Either the wii or the wii u, both are very easy to hack and have a lot of cool stuff to mess around :3
