Historically according to Scott himself he is primarily a Mac user, and yes he most obviously has a Windows PC for other reasons. Unfortunately I cannot speak for him, but it is very clear that he is not amongst the modding community, so no he is most definitely not with us

judging by the emulation video, i'd be impressed if he got it working

he couldn't mod his wii so i dont think so unless he pays someone to set it up for him probably not.
