My nintendo land disc is too damaged, anyone has any tip how to fix it

you might still be able to dump the game to the wii u! forgot the name but theres a homebrew app to dump the game so you can use it digital!
disk resurfacers exist but i havent used one so i can't say if they work well or not
try to clean the disc with some paper! it might be dirty. ( scuse me for my bad inglish im italian...)
