thats depressing. im sorry to hear that.
my dad enforcing a similar rule, i haven't exercised in months but i can still lift 10lbs dumbells (don't judge how light that is because i started lifting recently)
bet she feeds you carbs and garbage lol
well heres a easy fix, stop eating so much and work out!
