This happens sometimes, not sure why though. Most of the time if I power down my console for a while and reboot it fixes it. I assume during that time the system downloads more posts from Miiverse? Anyways, try a reboot, hope this helps.
I have it and maybe that's Pretendo Art Club
maybe its a filesystem bug.
