It'd be very nice if someone made a mod that allows to use Wii U GamePad in vWii, with f.e. touch screen for pointing. The console lacks it so much. Sadly, I have no experience in this topic and don't even know if it's possible.

It's just make the GamePad work as a Classic Controller like the digital releases, since the Classic Controller control the pointer with the L-Stick.
