not sure just got the game today and can't update it due to high traffic or the servers down it keeps saying

mine says "an error has occurred" after i select receive when it says "to participate in online battles, you need to connect to the internet and receive the latest news data"

also if youre on pretendo you can't update the game normally you have to get it in another way and install it

The servers are down and this is bad!

It skipped the Callie and Marie news on Splatoon!
