is it just me or is the new 2ds xl stylus super prone to falling out of its little slot in the console :'D cuz for me it keeps falling out, and right now i've lost it bc of that... grrrgrgrgrggh......... anyway see yall after maintenance lmao i forgot it was coming tbh

You haven't been chewing on the back end of the stylus, haven't you? I did that when young and it made it prone to slipping every once in a while.

nah, i've never chewed the stylus lol, although my 2ds is pre-owned/gotten secondhand so... there's a chance the previous owner might've done smth i guess...??? :skull: the stylus itself looked mint condition the last time i saw it so. lmao
maintenance is happening in a few hours from now if i recall correctly, and is suspected to last for around 24 hours, they're migrating some server stuff in the backend :p
