yes you are, it's at the very bottom of the map

go to the top of the mountainin the south, there should be a shrine to your north and east. you will need cold resistance to go to the snow area, you can get this by cooking the red peppers found at most borders with the cold area in a lit cooking pot.

Just head to the bottem leftof the map there you willfind a shrine but its slightly down the cliff a bit
