I mean, i would like to have it open to the public to talk to my friends who are my own age (which i will not be giving on here i will never do that) but i am within the age range of 12-17 lets say that. but people who ik are like grown ass adults late 20s- 90s hel nah.

Yeah that could be weird, lot's of crazy people online. I don't like using cams either, I also don't want a smartphone because of that, face callers are annoying, old school nokia! If I wanna see people, I ask some friends and go to a bar or I invite them at my home to game.

I'm 20 myself. I don't think I would enjoy or be comfortable on camera like that. People are already cruel and judgemental enough on any platform dispite visual appearances.
