this drawing is from very early 2016 iirc! it was the very first drawing i made in PAA after i did the tutorial lessons. this is my kirby OC kai's earliest design… he was an edgy meta knight recolor known as blood knight. im surprised i tried to do a side view +dynamic cape stuff

drawn the next day, here's sila, another olddd kirby OC… kirby was my favorite thing ever at the time lol. this was her stealing kai's mask. i tried to give her cat-like eyes… i have no idea why she's dressed like a wizard, she has nothing to do with magic djsjshdk.

here's hystarek! he's a waddle doo, and is actually my brother's old OC, i drew him off of verbal description since my brother couldn't draw. i think the pose i tried to do here is fun! also, i did many drawings with the miiverse art canvas that i unfortunately can't show here :(

this was a gift for someone i looked up to in the robobot art community, an artist named M4RXXY. we became friends afterwards, and we still talk to this day ^_^ his OC shardas is on the left, and my OC melody is on the right! melody was kai's love interest… >_>

still early 2016 iirc… i took requests at some point, and was asked to draw uhh, someone's castle crashers OC i think? to this day i'm unsure if holy knight is official or not lmao… but i drew him meeting sila for some reason. i remember struggling a lot with holy knight's design

more art requests! i don't remember who the green guy belonged to, but the pink OC was from someone named avanelle/galacticnova3 (i still follow her on tumblr!), and the red OC belonged to M4RXXY again ^_^

concept for a ghost type eeveelution… it's titled "etherea"? ig i forgot the -eon suffix was an important naming convention lol. maybe i should redraw/redesign this fellow sometime!

one of the few drawings i have of my really old persona, xio… tbh, it's a little sad to see i was already developing my (horrible) perfectionist art tendencies at age 11 x_x this sona was based off xion from kingdom hearts, and was from an older miiverse account from 2015.

this is one from a series of 7 drawings i did, where i was redrawing this really old species i'd made at 8-9 years old. this character is named flare… i never drew them again lol. this was directly a redraw of one of my earliest digital pieces ever.

another of the 7, i won't share the others though as they aren't very interesting tbh. these critters have wings that are both like bat and bird wings at the same time… i didn't know how either wings worked :p i described them as "dragons", which. i don't think is quite right LOL

around this time, i did a lot of roleplaying on roblox, specifically on an RP game called "the epic crossover", or TEC for short. this is based off an RP scene where kai and my friend gary's OC puffster fought, with kai being possessed by… something, can't remember. [cont.]

it was the first lineless drawing i did, and first fully original background too! you'll also see kai got a slight redesign, i added fluff to his cape and shoulders… i didn't put too much thought into it. anywho, here's another puffster. i was experimenting with art styles a lil.

two OCs i introduced as bullies to sila i think? i drew them once… RPed them a couple times… then never again lol. we're in mid-to-late 2016 at this point. i wish i could share my miiverse black-n-white canvas art, i still have a lot of it, just unsure how i'd post it here.

here comes where i started over-detailing my designs lol… this was inspired by an RP storyline retelling kirby: planet robobot. sila had been captured and turned into this, inspired by mecha knight.

i'm still very fond of this drawing! i remember spending hours on it and feeling so proud when it was done. it's based off the final boss fight of kirby 64. i want to redraw this with my current skillset one of these days.

an old pokemon OC of mine, a litwick named whisper. i don't remember much about her… i DO remember getting annoyed at having to re-explain over and over that her hat is fireproof and not a link hat though, lol.

a whisper refsheet of sorts… apparently her flame could change colors, and these colors meant certain emotions? i could not tell you what these mean anymore though x_x i remember struggling a lot with the fire.

another kirby fight redraw, this time with galacta knight from super star ultra! i remember being very inspired by the artist Wolfwrath Knight on deviantart. i really should've gotten a reference for meta knight's wings lol… i was less proud of this one, but i think it [cont]
