ok so im trying to set up a pretento account for someone else, but i keep getting van error message when i try to link it in the settings. they dont have a nnid, they made their account on the pretendo website already, and ive loaded the pretendo account on nimbus on their 3ds.

go on nimbus and select nintendo, wait it to restart and click on pretendo, then to the other things u need to do
