hii! my friend just got pretendo and now she can’t use her cartridges. she lost alll her savings in the games, even though she hasn’t deleted anything in the sd card. anyone knows how to fix this??

pretendo is unrelated to carts no longer working as for save data...is the sd healthy? Check for corruption
the cartridge data got corrupted... @Ellie it's not the SD fault
yo! i think its due to the cartiges as there isnt a cloud save data feature on 3ds, you should check for it using checkpoint too, hope this helps!
