i think u need to get a makeover at shampoodle's when u unlock it to change skin tones
@Niko Really? I've never heard / seen that? I'm pretty sure the only option is to become your mii but thats pretty lame to me.
if you stay a long long time on the island, the longer the darker if u dont wanna wait there's a mod in vapecord
