I keep getting that too, was happening last night aswell.

it happened to me too ALOT a while ago when i was using SSSL, but now that im using Inkay it doesnt really happen any more

There's a feature in your router that it changes your IP every second. To fix this, contact your wifi provider and tell them to change the NAT type to A. You might be on NAT type C, D or F. You can use port forwading if that works.
