to those of you wondering how I did, you need a Rom dump of MK7 first (use 3DS hacking guide), and then use Azahar to decompile the Rom. open - 0004000000030700 > Driver > common > wing_std_color.bcmcla in CTR studio, under material animations in animation graph, have fun :)

extra - CTR Studio will try to force it into being saved as a .bcres, to bypass this, set save type to all files, then type ".bcmcla" as the end of the file name
