the process of modding is really straightforward... as for the games... i don't think i can say how i got them here haha
it's really easy! took me about an hour! can't discuss the other topic (don't wanna get banned) but a quick google search should show you
if you don't have a retro game store near you, you can get wii u games from online marketplaces like amazon and ebay, or retailers dedicated to games such as lukiegames and dkoldies supporting fair secondhand merchants is important imo
