Its possible, i did i myself. But it is a bit complicated. 1. You need to install ftpiiu on your wii u 2. Download Filezilla on your pc or mac and connect to your wii u 3. Then look for the version.bin in storage_slc/sys/security and copy it on your computer

4. Edit version.bin with a HEX-editor 5. Seach for the Minecraft Title ID (use command + F) 6. Replace it with FFFFF FFFFF 7. Upload the edited file back on your wii u 8. You can now start the game without the update. This works with any other game too.

And before this, you need to delete the minecraft update data in the system settings. And also, make a backup for your game data using savemii.
