To be very honeat, I've had a LOT of spawns near Woodland Mansions lately. This is only on Wii U where its more frequent lma!!!

I spawned ON TOP of one in a world.

the Wii U edition has a very small world size, so the world generation tries to squeeze in as many structures as it can.
