There sadly isn't any official way that i know of :( Only way that i can think of is for you to emulate the 3ds on the wii u.

yeah you need a 3ds and stream to wii u, otherwise it isnt possible. you could find a mod that makes mk8 like mk7, but idk
You can't. You can play Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart Wii, though!
