Hello! Can someone help me with unlocking the campground? i have netpass but so far i only got items at the port what do i have to do?

If I recall, you need to get a Traveler Mii on your island after setting a child Mii to travel. You'll unlock the Travelling Port, and then a Mii (IRL or online?) will pop in and spawn the campsite after a while! ^^
