Is there a way to make the web briwser app launch a diffrent piece of software, I prefer to use a more functional browser app called netsurf.

nahhh netsurf is pretty mid, kinda worse than the og 3ds browser. it can open newer websites tho, but theyre always riddled with problems and are barely useable. also no, it cant play video
