Can anyone help me? I can not go online on friendlist on my 3DS after my 3DS connected to my mobile phone's hotspot, but if I'm using another network it works. I just want to know if this could be an issue on my mobile phone or not.

sounds like a imcompatibility issue or an security issue, check the hotspot settings or try to connect to another phone and see if the problem still there
The connection to pretendo's servers can be spotty at times so just wait a while and then check back to see if you can go online.
