Help I dowloaded splatoon but when i try to download the update it says error code 105-4069 and the text says unable to connect to server can someone help?

Make shure you have Nimble on your SD card.
I checked it does have it its trying to update splatoon and its not working
I used wup installer gx2 to download splatoon and the update data
