How do I look up splatfest dl? and how do custom splatfests work?

I'd be on there right now... except Skalop always targets me and causes the team I'm rooting for to lose 99% of the time. One player shouldn't control the final outcome of the fest, so I've stopped for now. I have a potential solution which I will not be revealing. Splat away!♥
