Is Tomodachi Life supported at all by Pretendo yet? I modded my 3ds just so I could send and receive travelers.

You can just use netpass for that. It can be found in the universal updater.
You mean receving letters from your travelers? For now no, it requires SpotPass, but sending and receving travelers yes using StreetPass, just carry your 3ds around, use NetPass or StreetPass Relay if you have a friend that also has the game
