So if the Switch 2 can play Switch Games And the Wii U can play Wii Games And the Wii can play GameCube games Then why cant the GameCube play Nintendo 64 Games

Makes sense but i think because Nintendo 64 has cartriges but Gamecube has discs compatibility and Nintendo didn't want/couldn't make a thing for reading cartriges to Gamecube
