If you have one, you mod your 3ds, to take miiverse to a portable level and do hombrew stuff with it. Writing this from a modded 3ds rn. also its like miiverse but community run.
i did mod my 3ds like two months ago! miiverse on it keeps on giving me an error though. ill probably check it tomorrow morning to see if it works!
