The digital refresh rate essentially shoots out the frame (assuming the input is 50hz) twice, causing it to look way sharper and more vibrant and brighter, also gets rid of the crt hum that drives some people crazy :D It also has more cool stuff related to the digital thingy Ü
Watch out for crts with digital processing though, they can be REALLY REALLY bad and add a ton of input lag, for example my tv adds like one single frame of input lag because of the technology but I dont feel it at all, + its worth it for the quality to be honest Ü
