Played this on the Wii U for the first time because I was curious about tge diffrences. I was hoping all the sheika slate stuff would be on the wii u game pad, like having the map. But you just only have one screen you can switch, was hoping thered be 2. Wounder if theres a mod?

Really? This is such wasted potential! I didn't even know that it isn't implemented in the WiiU version. (i play the switch version)
if you watch the gameplay of this game from 2015, you can see that the sheikah slate was originally intended to be on the gamepad, but it was cut from the final release, most likely to keep it similar to the switch version
