if you are talking about a battle with another human player, yes it is possible for a pandanoko to do that much damage. 1. using a cursed blade, which is the strongest attack equipable in the game, it's respective stat will be raised by 150 points, and pandanoko has two slots...

...allowing pandanoko to increase its base attack stat by 300 points if cursed blades are in both slots, which can be further compounded using attack-stat boosting inspirits (ex: sgt. burly)

2. if you wamt to counter the pandanoko, i would recommend adding a tanky yo-kai, like scarasol or orcanos and equip either of them with a shielding soul, which causes the yo-kai to always guard (which reduces damage done to the guarding yo-kai from attacks by 50%) as well as...

...forcing enemy yo-kai to direct all of their attacks and negative inspirits toward the shielding soul yo-kai, creating a window for your yo-kai to swiftly deal with the pandanoko as your tank soaks up all the damage.

3. if you ever come across a team using the shielding soul strategy and wish to counter it, i would recommend adding a yo-kai like grumples anywhere on your team, as her ability stops any yo-kai from guarding.
