can somebody explain to me what's so special about this game because my sister Sara is always playing it (I got into her wii u because I got a profile too) And also why is this named juxtaposition and not miiverse??

also it's called juxtapositiin because it's a revival of miiverse, the original was shut down in 2017
The term ''Miiverse'' is copyrighted, so the Juxtaposition team can't use it. Splatoon is probably the only good competitive action game Nintendo has ever made, sadly.
