how do you make games in scratch everywhere? i thought you could only play downloaded ones

^ scratch is a web based programming language thats very beginner friendly, scratch everywhere is just a port of the engine to the 3ds. you can make games by going to the scratch website, or turbowarp.org which is a modded version of scratch with QOL features and what i recomend!

no i know WHAT it is i just got confused and i though they jpdated the port so you could code on it
