uhhhh general "spit rambles out" post: - i am discovering just how many moving parts there are to maintaining Juxt. it's kinda cool. and also stressful sometimes but it's a good stress - been playing a lot of new super luigi u. good game

- learning to watch what i say since i have this cool little purple checkmark of officialness. what i say to someone carries a lot more weight than if i was a regular user !!! for better or for worse - also college...... education is painful but, for me, worth it rn

Well also it might turn out for all that work for the platform to suck as I have got numerous and very unesseccary (did I spell tha right?) post removal's which is stupid like some girl said pretendo is based in czech or whatever and I was like ohhhh
That's why there's no freedom of speach here (or anywhere to be honest)
can't discuss any actions publicly >.< but we do have a code of conduct that lays out our rules (find it in the Communities tab!) and we typically cite rules when we give reasons for post removal. i know several of us have thoughts on how that can be improved for the user though
Needing more Juxt moderators, when you're practically the only one who regularly interacts with the community, and because of that I've probably been led to believe that you were the only newbie selected!
This may come off as first impressions but trust me when I say it definitely is-- blogs usually show developers being dragged onto the team and whatnot. It's rare to see Pretendo actually care about Juxtaposition outside of Juxtmas.
also, all removals in general are done by evaluating the rules with the interpretation of the mod reviewing the report (though from what i know we try to keep as consistent as we can). if you do think we got something wrong and want more insight you can reach out on our forums :3
@Khentendo i've never asked but i am curious now! i do in fact care about this silly little place; i have passion for it outside of just being A Pretendo Thing which i think helps. i would like to keep communicating and yapping as long and as much as i can
either way, i'm here now, and i would like to see it be better. and for all the things i can't say i can tell you i know others here do too, even if they don't post about it or share it ahead of time :P

You forgot something- most of the population here are minors. I've been here since December 2023 and that fact has remained fact ever since fact came into the matter-of-fact.
ohhh yes i did forget that. oops. yes moderation is 18+ out of consideration for and protection of minors' safety and wellbeing
Don't tell me...Pretendo is becoming a company?! Yeah I should have seen it coming, like they have a website where you can donate to them, Pretendo sucks now.
