Do I have to keep Mario Kart 7 to use CTGP or can I delete MK7

I'm not 100% sure, but seeing as how the game crashes when you remove the Mario Kart 7 cartridge I would assume you need to keep it.

You need to have Mario Kart 7 inserted as a cartridge or installed digitally on your 3DS in order to play CTGP-7
