does anyone know how to add a 1:1 format cover to a youtube uploaded video or something to let it show the 1:1 format on youtube music?(when i add it as normal thumbnail its 16:9 with the cover in the middle and 2 black stripes at the sides

im pretty sure the black sides are the best it can be in the calendar year 2026 for 1:1 on yt...
it IS 1:1 if the file is 1:1, but the thumbnail (except in some tab sizes) is always 16:9 so it will show like that
