Monster Hunter is a really fun series although imo 4 Ultimate is the better starting point on 3DS
gu is peak multiplayer monster hunter
better than 4 ultimate
XX is the best of old style monster hunter, but its a bad first mh game imo. id suggest 3u or 4u before trying this one. of course you can just hop right into xx, but the game expects you to have at least some knowledge of old style mh.
