Is it bad im still on the December 2023 Pretendo beta or is that what everyone uses.. If not how to i "Upgrade" Pretendo?

You can update Pretendo using the homebrew app store. But in this post I think its normal
If your Service Agreement says that its from 2023 instead of just the Chistmas public beta I think you need to update it or go to the Pretendo discord and they can help you more.
christmas 2023 beta became regular service. it left beta early because of the nintendo shutdown. they never updated eula lol
