for miiverse and splatoon alone lol but hopefully wii chat is fully implemented soon
it's not really hard lol. and if your wii u already has homebrew you just need to go into aroma updater (assuming you have aroma aswell / or than tiramisu) and sure to homebrew it is a bit tedious but my 9 year old sister-in-law homebrewed my father in law's wii u so u can do it!
